Confessions of a Las Vegas Motorcop by H.D. Justice

Confessions of a Las Vegas Motorcop

Summary:
Confessions of a Las Vegas Motor Cop is an outrageous, fun, funny, and entertaining romp through the experience of a, NHP Motor Trooper. Everything you could ever imagine that is supposed to stay in Vegas comes pouring out in this incredible and often stunning confessional, straight from the experiences of a Vegas motor cop. You will not be able to put this page-turner down as you read stories from a stripper who lacks modesty to crazy criminals who flirt with gun play, and from just stupid people who do dumb things to off-road riders who lack common sense-all taking place in and around Vegas.

A few weeks ago I was able to snag this book of the Amazon top 100 Free Kindle Bestseller List and I started reading it a few days later.

I wasn't expecting this book to be *amazing* because..well look at the cover. I know, I'm not supposeed to say that and don't get me wrong I do like the cover. I think it does fit the book itself but for me it didn't send off a "Hey look at me! I'm a great read" vibe but it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be.

I was actually surprised that I liked it as much as I did. I thought that the author accomplished what he had set out to do. Which was write about his time as a Las Vegas motorcop. I like that the author didn't write this in a highbrow manner as some authors tend to do, and he also didn't make the book too funny either.

Basically the author did a good job. He talks about the different people he's had to meet while on the job. From druggies to politicians he's pretty much seen them all and probably as a result is a very good judge of character based on how many people he's interacted with in his career. Plus this will make you appreciate the men and women in law enforcement that are on motorcycles. They have to deal with all the extremes mother nature has to throw at them.

If your looking for a light easy read and don't mind non-fiction give this one a shot. At 192 pages what have you got to lose?
