The Sunday Post 19th Edition

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I hope everyone had a great week last week. We certainly did here. First it was my sister's birthday then it was Mr. Turning the Pages' birthday so there was lots of celebrating! Plus it looks like winter is slowly relinquishing it's hold on Toronto and I'm hoping to get out into the garden in the next couple weeks. As you can tell it was a really busy week on the blog with lots of reviews going up! I'm finally back into my reviewing groove and I hope to have just as many reviews go up next week so stay tuned and have an awesome week!
And just a reminded you can now follow my blog via BlogLovin'! So please take the time to sign up, it's a great service that allows you to keep track of the blogs you follow.

  2. *huge gasp* That's a lot of freebies! Wow!

Love the library book haul, too -- especially Eagle of the Ninth, Mary Poppins, and The Wizard of Oz. Have fun with your read-a-thon!

I'm also amazed and impressed by how many reviews you are able to write in a week. Well done!

    1. Gotta love the classics! I was so surprised at how many reviews I pumped out this week usually I would only write 2-4 a week I'm hoping I can keep up with writing them again! Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Yay! Another freebie Addict. The way I see it is that if I'm grabbing up all the freebies then I'm less likely to buy books which is easier on the wallet. Plus I've found some amazing authors this way :)

  7. Wow, that is a lot of freebies! I grabbed a few of the same ones earlier this week, but I'm going to see if I might have missed some (so easy to loose track when you have to so many, lol).
I'm glad to hear you had a great week this week and I really hope you enjoy all of the books you picked up! Which readathon are you participating in?

  10. O_O SO. MANY. BOOKS. I'll have to check them out. Read-a-thons.. I don't know how you all manage to participate in them. Most of the times, if I'm not in the mood, I can't read for the love of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. So, kudos! :D

    1. I'm the same way! This time my read-a-thon required that we post our lists ahead of time and we can't change them so I'm screwed. I'm such a big mood reader unless I want to read it I won't so we'll see how I do on Saturday!
