Top Ten Tuesday #27

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!

Half of these books are fictional and the other half are non-fiction reads. All of them have something to offer the reader but none are by any means "light" reads. All of these broke my heart and I recommend them often. Especially the non-fiction books in the group. I highly encourage everyone to consider reading them!

  2. I haven't read any of those books, but I tend to avoid books that are too realistic haha. A wimp I know.

    1. I used to avoid books like these too but sometimes they really hit the spot and give me that dose of realism I need :) Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Oh - A Stolen Life was horrible but such a good read, a powerful story! The recent finding of Amanda Berry and the other two girls in Cleveland reminds me of this book! Another powerful story.
