The Sunday Post #39

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead

Hey Folks,

It's been a couple weeks since I did The Sunday Post and I've missed it! I've just either had so much going on or was too darn lazy to get my posts up so sit back, relax and don't worry. I'm only posting links from this past week.

Anyways, last Saturday Mr. Turning the Pages and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary (no we aren't married I know lot's of you think we are but we aren't) and Friday the 25th my parents celebrated their 31st Anniversary (they aren't married either) and last Sunday we attended a family reunion, I had a trip to the dentist, and now I'm battling a cold so I'm hoping to catch up with everyone's blogs, as well as your comments I've been neglecting (I am so sorry!) it'll take time but I'll get to ya.

However, I have ome super exciting news, October 29th marks my 2 year blogoversary so I created a giveaway for you folks to enter just click the image below!

  3. That's a lotta books from the library! O.O I used to come home with stacks like that. Now I have so many other books for review I don't have a lot of time for library books. Happy Anniversary & Blogoversary!

    1. Thank you! I plan on cutting down on books accepted for review so I can get back to reading some of the books I've accumulated over the years and get back to reading more library books (which I read a lot of already).

  5. Look at all those library books! I don't know what's worse the library or a bookstore, either way you come home with stacks of books! Happy Anniversaries! Looking forward to all those reviews!

    1. Thanks Michaela! I say bookstores are worse but in the best possible way. At least library books are free and libraries definitely are a great way to support the community. I can't wait to finally get back into the reviewing mood as I've been slacking lately.
