I'm so excited about The Bear and the Nightingale, it sounds like it will be amazing.
DeleteI forgot to add Brimstone...I love Cherie Priest and am definitely reading this one since I loved The Family Plot so much. Also, Etched in Bone made my list as well. I love that series and am glad to hear she is writing a spin-off from it.
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that she was doing a spinoff series!?!? Where have I been? Thanks for the heads up Barb.
DeleteI'm hoping to start The Others series in 2017. Everyone seems to love it so much! The Bear and the Nightingale was a new one for me today. It sounds spectacular!

2017 is the time to read it especially if you end up loving the first one, then you can binge read the entire series.
DeleteI read Margaret George's Cleopatra when it first came out, I will have to check out her newest book as it sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read her Cleopatra one, but I have read her Henry VIII and it was great, I have the rest of her stuff on my TBR pile for next year as well.
DeleteI completely forgot about The Bone Witch, that cover is incredible. Brimstone looks interesting as well, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love The Bone Witch's cover so much... I think I might have to buy this one :)
DeleteEtched in Bone, YESSSS!
ReplyDeleteI know right?!
DeleteBone Witch looks fantastic. I want that one for the cover alone lol. And it's showing up on a lot of lists too... I need to find out more about it.
ReplyDeleteI hope you like the synopsis Greg, to me it sounds just as good as the cover looks!
DeleteLove the cover of Bone Witch and The Marsh King's Daughter is on my radar though I don't precisely know why as I know nothing about it! Maybe because the cover is intriguing? I want to read J.R. Ward next year. The Bourbon King series sounds awesome!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it stunning? I can't wait for The Marsh King's Daughter. I hope you like J.R. Ward when you get to her next year, I really have to start The Bourbon King series next year as well.
DeleteAwesome list! I meant to read the Bear and the Nightingale on Netgalley, but I never got the chance to! Now I will!
