The Sunday Post 15th Edition




The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
 
Hiya folks! I hope you all had an excellent first week of March. It was a bit of a rough one here for us but not to worry I'm sure every thing will be back to normal next week. It seems that my plans to do a weekly Sunday Post has failed miserably so instead of forcing myself to do one every week I think I'll do them whenever I have time because it takes up quite a bit of time getting my book hauls ready to post. Next week be on the look out for multiple new reviews I'm hoping to double up on reviews a couple times next week to catch up on things so I hope you'll drop by! I hope you all have a great week :)

On Saturday we went to the library to return some of my library books and they were having a book sale and Mr. Turning the Pages bought me these for a whopping total of $4.50. The first two books look like they're in mint condition and apart from the circulation stickers are perfect. The Charlaine Harris book is in pretty good shape too.

    *picks jaw up off of floor* That is a staggering number of freebies. No wonder it takes you a while to get them all listed.

    As for the other books, enjoy the Deborah Harkness books! I loved them for their terrific mix of history, the paranormal, romance, suspense/mystery, magic, the scholarly life, and an dizzying array of cool subjects (wolves, wine, DNA, alchemy...) I reviewed them both; I'll send you the links if you're interested.
