Hey Folks!
Busy week on the blog last week and I'm hoping for another busy one this week. I'm finally catching up on some reviews I've been wanting to get to and I'm loving it.
Plans for this week mostly revolve around cleaning my office/library/craft room, organizing the kitchen and keeping an eye on my seedlings which did end up sprouting.
It's supposed to be really hot here this coming week so I hope you manage to stay cool wherever you are if you get hit by this heat wave.

Yeah it's supposed to get hot here starting tomorrow... Solomon's Bride looks interesting, and i like your library haul too. I've been reading more GN's lately and it's nice to see some ideas for good ones...
ReplyDeleteThe Sixth Gun series is really good Greg, I recommend it all the time.

ReplyDeleteSolomon's Bride looks cute. It's supposed to be hot here too this week. :(
Happy reading!
I hope you manage to stay cool Bea
DeleteYou are lucky your seeds came up. None of mine did. Such a bummer. So I went out and bought some plants. It is my first year with a garden so I am really just learning everything. Though it is fun to watch grow.
ReplyDeleteWe're going to be buying some as well Angela :)
DeleteI'm glad your seedlings survived. Perhaps you could come clean my office to. Please? lol That is a lot of books! Hope you enjoy them all.
ReplyDeleteLol, sorry Christy I haven't even gotten around to doing my own cleaning yet.
DeleteBusy week for you too, I see, and wow, what a load of books ! Have a great week ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Iza!
DeleteI actually like cleaning out my book shelves and craft areas, I always seem to come across something which I didn't remember I had and being really happy about 'finding' it. :)
ReplyDeleteI still resisted Games of Thrones, maybe one day when I have enough time at my hands.Enjoy

I love that feeling too. I hope you get to GoT soon Peggy
DeleteI am not a fan of hot weather in general, but I'm hoping it would get a bit warmer here as well. But it seems I will be left disappointed since the weather forecast predicts rain and cold weather - oh, the Finnish summer. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a good week!
I actually love the hot weather, I don't seem to notice it as much unless the humidity is unbareble
DeleteYay for getting caught up! It is pretty exciting. I whipped out a bunch of reviews that had been languishing on the draft folder and man it felt good. Good luck with the organizing!
ReplyDeleteThanks Anna!
DeleteWe're heading up to the 90s with full humidity for really the first time this summer. I like the heat but my hair does not care for the humidity! So glad your seeds came up! I love doing seeds but ended up going with plants this year just because of time. There's nothing like eating a tomato that you grew from a seed though! Looks like you got some great books this week! I"m with Bea chanting that I will not look at the freebies!
ReplyDeleteMy hair doesn't like the humidity either Katherine. The Curls take on a life of their own. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteGreat job for catching up, I'm getting there too. Inbetween work and stuff I hardly had any time for it but now in the summer period I have lots of spare time :)
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday :)
Thanks Fiza
DeleteWow, that is an amazing haul of books. Happy reading.

Thanks JEnea!
DeleteI haven't heard of a lot of these books. I love these posts. It's awesome to discover new books and authors!
ReplyDeleteI love it for the same reason Laura, even though I don't need more books.
DeleteWow - that's quite a haul and some I wish I'd picked up. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Martha
DeleteThanks Sharon :)
ReplyDeleteSpot on with this write-up, I truly think this website needs much more consideration. I’ll probably be again to read much more, thanks for that info.
