Dirty Little Secret #8

Dirty Little Secret is a weekly meme hosted by at Under the Covers. Every Thursday they ask a question hoping to reveal other bloggers "dirty little secrets"

This week's question is:

If you could read one book again for the first time,
which one would you pick and why?

I know, I always seem to pick this book for my DLS posts but it is that damn good.
I first tried to read Outlander back when I was 13 but couldn't get into it, then I read it again when I was 20 (2 years ago) and I fell in love with it.
Currently I'm re-reading it so that I can continue with the series.
I remember the first time I read it how blown away I was by the writing and how she wrote such an amazing book rich with history.
Now that I'm re-reading it the magic is still there but I'd love to capture that feeling I had when I read it the first time.

What book do YOU wish you could read for the first time again?

  4. I actually have this book and have had it for a while now but I just haven't read it yet. I tried to read it the first week I got it but I got easily distracted. I really hope to read it but it's like... 850 pages!

  7. Outlander is an awesome story. I've recently read Shiver, Linger and Forever and would love to read this series all over. I loved it. That's the good thing about coming to a series late - back to back reading :)
