The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead
Hey Folks,
It's been a couple weeks since I did The Sunday Post and I've missed it! I've just either had so much going on or was too darn lazy to get my posts up so sit back, relax and don't worry. I'm only posting links from this past week.
Anyways, last Saturday Mr. Turning the Pages and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary (no we aren't married I know lot's of you think we are but we aren't) and Friday the 25th my parents celebrated their 31st Anniversary (they aren't married either) and last Sunday we attended a family reunion, I had a trip to the dentist, and now I'm battling a cold so I'm hoping to catch up with everyone's blogs, as well as your comments I've been neglecting (I am so sorry!) it'll take time but I'll get to ya.
However, I have ome super exciting news, October 29th marks my 2 year blogoversary so I created a giveaway for you folks to enter just click the image below!

Wow, great book haul! I don't think I have read any of these but you picked up a ton of books! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Chelsea!
DeleteCongrats on the multiple anniversaries. My blog anniversary is on the 30th but it's only 6 months. I hope you enjoy all those books.
ReplyDeleteThanks Vilia! I can't wait to start digging into the latest book haul :)
DeleteThat's a lotta books from the library! O.O I used to come home with stacks like that. Now I have so many other books for review I don't have a lot of time for library books. Happy Anniversary & Blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I plan on cutting down on books accepted for review so I can get back to reading some of the books I've accumulated over the years and get back to reading more library books (which I read a lot of already).
DeleteCongrats on all the anniversaries!! I totally missed my own blogoversary this past summer! lol Have a great week and enjoy all those great reads!
ReplyDeleteI almost didn't put up a giveaway for this year and was going to roll it over into a combo Blogoversary/Christmas giveaway but I had some free time and BAM giveaway was up lol. Happy belated Blogoversary Melissa :)
DeleteLook at all those library books! I don't know what's worse the library or a bookstore, either way you come home with stacks of books! Happy Anniversaries! Looking forward to all those reviews!
ReplyDeleteThanks Michaela! I say bookstores are worse but in the best possible way. At least library books are free and libraries definitely are a great way to support the community. I can't wait to finally get back into the reviewing mood as I've been slacking lately.
DeleteWow, congrats on the anniversaries. Enjoy all the new books you got.
ReplyDeleteJenea @ Books Live Forever's Sunday Post
Thanks Jenea! The new books are all callin' my name I have no idea which book I'll read next.
DeleteWOW., look at all those library books. How will you get them all read? O_o
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary to everyone :) I hope your cold clears up quickly.
My blogaversary was last month but forgot about it until a few weeks ago. Oh well, maybe next year.
Thanks Bea! I have no idea how I'll read them all but I think there will be some re-newing of books in a few weeks lol :) Happy (belated) Blogoversary!
DeleteHappy anniversaries!!
ReplyDeleteYou always have so many awesome books! The Yard looks great and I've been thinking of checking Tiger Lily sometime. Hope you enjoy your books, have an awesome week!

Thanks for stopping by Cyn! I've borrowed Tiger Lily before but never got to it and I saw that my library had the paperback in the other day and had to grab it!
