Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Since today we could choose a freebie pick for our Top Ten Tuesday Posts I went with:
Top 10 "Older" Books I Don't Want People To Forget About :
Some of them are a little older than others but none were published more than 2007 and I love each and every one of them and think they should be on everyone's TBR lists :)

You'd be surprised. I worked with kids for a year and they thought Harry Potter was only a series of movies! It was like being in the twilight zone when the kids were like "You can't read Harry Potter Kim, They're Movies not Books!".
DeleteI don't think anyone is going to forget Harry Potter...not while the generation that grew up with it is still around (because I promise you they will be reading them to their kids). Some of the other ones I haven't seen before though. I do own more than half though
ReplyDeleteI've already decided that my kids won't be uninformed muggles lol. I'll be dammed if they don't know who Harry Potter is but I already see some younger kids thinking it's only a series of movies not books.
